Specialist, Global Sourcing, Finance
We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as Specialist, Global Sourcing, Finance. The role ensures the platform supports policy compliance, accurate and timely expense processing, and a positive end-user experience across the business. Acting as the functional subject matter expert for D365, they will triage and resolve incidents and requests, manage system configuration, coordinate testing and releases, and work with Finance, HR, IT and third-party providers to maintain stable integrations and high-quality data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, support global travel & expense operations with efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 Travel & Expense (T&E) system with minimal disruptions.
Provide prompt and effective support to end users ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot system errors and implement sustainable resolutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, AP teams, vendor management, vendors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Maintain system configurations including policies, workflows, and integrations.
Manage user access controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Develop and maintain SOPs and audit-ready documentation.
Monitor system performance and proactively mitigate risks.
Support system enhancements, testing (UAT), and deployments.
Demonstrate accountability during critical incidents and system improvements.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance – Expense/T&E module.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of corporate card integrations (AMEX/BOA preferred).
Understanding compliance, audit, reconciliation and internal controls.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
