Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development.
- Follow up on sales leads. Which include calling, emailing, or meeting with contractors.
- Complete regular site visits of potential or current projects. This includes visits during the installation process to provide guidance/assistance.
- Cold calling potential new customers and building up business relationships.
- Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements.
- Complete quotes for both equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects.
- Communicate on a regular basis with both inside and outside customers.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years working in the HVAC industry.
- 5 years or more working in sales.
- Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player and willing to help others.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
The typical salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $130,000 in IA. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
