Partners with engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to influence design decisions, close risks, and ensure performance, reliability, safety, compliance, and manufacturability. Establishes design-quality metrics, drives continuous improvement, and leads cross-functional change toward designing quality into products.

Lead and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits (including J-SOX/SOX), plan annual audit programs, evaluate internal controls, document findings, coordinate external audits and certification, prepare audit reports and recommendations, use computer‑aided audit tools and Oracle/Office tools, and support remediation and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, test, and implement control systems for HVAC equipment. Analyze prototypes and test data, recommend product and cost improvements, procure materials, evaluate competitive products, and support manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams. Lead laboratory analytics for R&D HVAC product testing: build data automation, dashboards, scripts, and ML/statistical models; collaborate with engineering, quality, and digital teams; document work and train peers to improve lab data quality and insights.

Provide litigation and administrative support for lawsuits, subpoenas, small claims, and product claims. Manage case files and matter management system, coordinate discovery and litigation holds, draft routine legal documents, oversee service of process, prepare reports and dashboards, collaborate with business partners on settlements and invoices, and support dispute resolution and special projects.

Lead planning, execution, commissioning, and turnover of mission-critical data center HVAC/mechanical construction projects. Manage schedules, budgets, contractors, pre-commissioning/start-up/IST activities, regulatory and safety compliance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and transition to service teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and owner acceptance.

Lead end-to-end project management for mission-critical data center HVAC/mechanical construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, commissioning (IST/Level 5), safety and regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and transition to service. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and maintain customer satisfaction and documentation turnover.

Lead data center HVAC/mechanical construction projects from planning through warranty and transition, managing schedules, budgets, commissioning (pre-commissioning, start-up, IST, Level 5), regulatory compliance, safety, subcontractors, customer relations, and project closeout to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for mission-critical facilities.

Coordinates HVAC projects by maintaining schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, forecasts, documentation, meetings, reporting, and project management systems. Tracks risks, issues, and action items; supports communication among project teams and stakeholders; coordinates training logistics; prepares analyses and status reports; and contributes to process improvement. The role is conducted in-office in Marietta, Georgia, and supports multiple projects across geographic locations.
