What to do:

• Own and manage the Tagetik, Workiva, and AMI solutions portfolio, ensuring availability, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

• Establish and maintain internal and regulatory processes, ensuring proper documentation, data security, and compliance with industry standards and Erste Digital policies.

• Lead and coordinate both Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank activities, including resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support operational excellence and strategic development.

• Drive and oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for the portfolio.

• Ensure seamless integration of portfolio solutions with the broader IT landscape while maintaining architectural alignment.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, cross-functional IT teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and contributing to the long-term solution strategy.

• Manage server setup, configuration, and administration activities.

• Install and maintain operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux environments.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization to ensure reliable operations.

• Plan and execute system updates, patches, and maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.

You check these boxes:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Solution Management, with the ability to understand business processes and translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and application management practices.

• Proven experience in vendor, stakeholder, and customer management, supported by excellent negotiation skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the confidence to challenge the status quo when seeking the best outcome for the business.

• Ability to facilitate requirements discussions and present complex topics to business stakeholders and customers.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to Vienna.

• Fluent English: German is considered an asset.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2500 EUR gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
