What You'll Do
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Partner with prospects to uncover operational pain points and map out critical customer requirements
- Deliver Compelling Demos: Configure and deliver highly relevant, high-impact product demonstrations of Vault LIMS and the broader Vault Quality Cloud Suite
- Build Proof of Concepts: Lead collaborative workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and structured Proof of Concepts (POCs) to vividly illustrate how Veeva transforms a customer's business processes
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the definitive functional and technical expert for the customer throughout the entire sales lifecycle
- Craft High-Value RFP Responses: Support strategic, solution-oriented, and value-driven responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring responses are aligned with customer objectives and deal strategy
- Apply Industry Insight: Leverage your direct QC lab or informatics experience and Veeva best practices to guide customers toward implementing modern, best-in-class solutions
- Drive Team Success: Collaborate deeply with internal, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer alignment and eventual success
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist marketing efforts by recording product feature videos, presenting educational webinars, and representing Veeva at key industry events

Requirements
- LIMS Application Experience: 3+ years of experience working with, delivering, or supporting LIMS applications specifically tailored for the manufacturing sector
- Regulated Industry Domain Knowledge: 3+ years of experience within F&B, CPG, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments
- Lab Operations Insight: Direct, foundational knowledge of QC and laboratory operations within regulated process industries
- Elite Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities

Compensation
- Base pay: $80,000 - $160,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
