Job Description

VusionGroup is a key player in the sale of IoT solutions dedicated to the retail sector. Our mission is to transform the customer experience and optimize store operations through advanced technologies. We are looking for a passionate pre-sales consultant dedicated to a new AI solution. You will play a key role in the development of this solution in the French territory through the following responsibilities:

• Actively collaborate with our sales team to target clients
• As a product expert of this new solution, lead client meetings alone or with the dedicated account salesperson
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations to clients
• Provide support and advice during the sales process as well as during the implementation phase
• Train clients on the use of the solution to maximize its capabilities
• Ensure close and regular follow-up of installed stores

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.     

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the retail tech sector
• Good understanding of artificial intelligence solutions and their application in retail
• Good understanding of the challenges of the physical retail sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability for business travel within France and abroad
• Able to communicate fluently in Italian and English

This role involves frequent travels in Italy.
