About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on BMC Helix ITSM Architect to lead the strategic management, support, and continuous optimization of our enterprise BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM platform. In this role, you will own core ITSM modules, architect advanced workflow customizations, and design E2E integrations.As a subject matter expert, you will drive platform performance, manage complex upgrades, and ensure strict compliance with ITIL best practices and regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align the platform with evolving business processes, scalability needs, and reliability goals.
What you will do:
Provide end-to-end oversight and optimization of core Helix ITSM modules.
Lead the architectural design, roadmap, and governance of the BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM suite in a complex enterprise environment.
Design, develop, and deploy custom workflows, API integrations, and web services connecting BMC Helix with third-party enterprise tools.
with stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and business units to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Drive platform reliability, performance tuning, and lead seamless system upgrades.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
End-to-end architecture visibility with the ability to understand application, integration, and infrastructure dependencies.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering solutions and resolving issues.
Must have experience with SQL & PLSQL.
Experience supporting all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Certifications if any: ITIL, V4, II, DOD, IAT, BMC, CE, CMDB, ITSM, SRM.
Must have development experience with Remedy AR System application and with BMC/Remedy ITSM applications.
