Software Test Automation Engineer
Experience Required: 3 to 5.5 years
Technical Skills:
• 3+ years of development/ test automation experience, preferably with complex web applications.
• Strong test automation skills-C# (Preferred)/ Java
• Hands on experience with object-oriented programming, design and debugging skills. like C# or Java.
• Must be self-motivated and take initiative in performing tasks and growing skills and knowledge.
• Proven experience developing automated test framework, automation tools e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.
• Advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of fundamental quality assurance concepts and best practices is required
• Experience in functional test cases.
• Experience in API automation and testing.
• Knowledge of the Agile/Scrum methodology. Should know the various stages of product release & QA support needed for deployment validation and testing in production.
• Experience with SQL programming and database technologies, ETL testing. Able to write/understand basic SQL.
• Evolving automated test framework to achieve higher test throughout, with increased accessibility and test execution flexibility.
• Identify, analyse, and document defects clearly in collaboration with the development team.
• Perform root cause analysis of failed tests and drive resolution.
• Ability to come up with out of the box positive and negative scenarios.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies.

• Define the automation test strategies for critical features for the CCH Axcess Client Collaboration powered by Expert AI solutions product, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, UX, and other engineering groups.
• Contribute to automation roadmap decisions and long-term technical strategy.
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure tests are executed automatically with every build and deployment.
• Ensure quality, and performance of the application.
• Participate in roadmap planning and help align engineering efforts with business goals
