The Opportunity:
Lead a team of seasoned software engineers on a Cyber Research & Engineering team to drive mission impact through innovative software development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute complex plans for customer-funded tasks within budget and on schedule using modern software development practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 6-8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership in establishing organizational goals, implementing value-added process improvements, and motivating a highly skilled team while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth experience in software engineering and development for communications systems, including architectural innovation and technical leadership.
- Broad experience with the software engineering process from requirements reviews, code inspection to component delivery and sign-off.
Desired:
- Development experience on multiple hardware platforms utilizing either Linux or Unix-based operating systems.
- Knowledge of IP telephony, signaling, call processing, real-time operating systems, and hardware interface software (e.g., device drivers, low-level embedded SW).
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a technical engineering field.
A “TS/SCI” clearance is required to begin employment. For this position, CACI has the ability to provide clearance sponsorship for qualified individuals.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
