Software Engineering Lead Analyst
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, with additional exposure to cloud and DevOps practices. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive front-end applications using React.js, React Native, and integrate with backend services.
- Implement data access layers using TypeORM and Knex for efficient database interactions.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and NPM.
- Work with PostgreSQL for relational data modeling and optimization.
- Experience with Dynamo DB/Mongo DB/any other NoSQL DB
- Develop backend services using Java/Spring Boot for enterprise-grade integrations.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to ensure end-to-end application architecture meets business requirements.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across all layers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Optional: Contribute to AI/automation initiatives using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
- Optional: Work on cloud-native deployments leveraging AWS services (Lambda, RDS, SQS, EKS), OpenShift/Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies (Istio/Envoy).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and manage progressive deployments with Rollouts.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in React.js, React Native, TypeORM, and Knex for front-end and data access.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and NPM for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with using vibe coding – Cursor AI, CoPilot
- Exposure to AWS services, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD and deployment strategies.
Other Requirements:
