As a Software Engineering Senior Analyst, you'll design and build reliable, scalable software solutions, including RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality, user-centric web applications for pharmacy experiences.

Design and develop cloud-native AWS applications and microservices using Python and serverless/container architectures. Build RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines; manage AWS services and IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform); implement security best practices; write tests; review code, mentor team members, optimize performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead full‑stack development using Python backends and modern frontends (React/Angular). Provide L2 production support for enterprise healthcare applications: troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLAs, create monitoring dashboards and automated health checks, automate routine tasks with scripting, maintain runbooks and SOPs, coordinate defect fixes and releases, mentor junior analysts, manage vendor interactions, and drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues.

Lead L1/L2 production support for enterprise healthcare applications, manage incident triage/escalation, maintain monitoring and runbooks, automate routine tasks, track SLAs/KPIs, coordinate with L3/dev teams, mentor junior analysts, and manage on-call/shift operations.

Provide L1.5 production support for healthcare applications: investigate escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis, monitor application health with Splunk/Dynatrace, follow runbooks and SOPs, document incidents in ticketing systems, coordinate with L2 teams, maintain knowledge base, support change management and shift handovers.

Monitor enterprise healthcare applications for availability and performance, triage incidents, perform L1 troubleshooting using runbooks, document incidents in ServiceNow/JIRA, escalate to L2/L3, maintain monitoring dashboards and knowledge base, participate in shift handovers and status calls, and communicate incident status to stakeholders.

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise search solutions using Elasticsearch; manage clusters, replication, sharding, backup/recovery; develop semantic search with BERT-based models; improve relevancy through role-based indexing and boosting; integrate search with knowledge management tools; monitor performance for scalability and observability; collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Serve as a claims domain expert supporting data science projects: translate business needs into data questions, prepare datasets, build basic queries, validate model outputs, and learn/apply basic analytics under mentorship to improve claims, operations, and payment integrity.

Lead governance for global role review within Privacy, Legal, and Compliance: develop/manage governance processes, stakeholder engagement, metrics/dashboards, intake and charter oversight, audit support, risk management, and program maturation while advising leaders and driving process improvements.

Lead process assessments and improvement initiatives: map workflows, analyze data, design and implement changes, coordinate stakeholders and projects, and measure post-implementation impact using Lean/Agile and Six Sigma methods.

Lead analysis of affordability initiatives across Network, Clinical, and Payment Integrity. Monitor initiative results, identify trends, create data-driven presentations, automate savings processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support financial goals.
