WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build high-impact, real-time treasury and financing systems used across global trading time zones, delivering tools that materially change how desks operate
- Design and implement scalable C#/.NET services and APIs that process trades, financing, and liquidity data with low latency and high reliability
- Partner with traders, funding managers, and operations to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into production software
- Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices within the team, including source control, continuous integration, and automated deployment workflows
- Develop responsive front-end components using React or another modern front-end framework to create intuitive internal user experiences
- Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and test-driven development workflows
- Operate and support production systems: diagnose and resolve elevated software incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive remediation measures
- Identify, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and architecture patterns to improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity
- Collaborate and mentor as part of a distributed development team across the USA, Poland, and India to scale the platform and grow team capabilities
WHAT'S REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical or scientific field
- 6 to 10 years of object-oriented programming experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem in a financial domain
- Working knowledge of React or another modern front-end framework with production development experience
- Significant experience working with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and query tuning
- Demonstrated experience writing automated tests and unit tests and applying Test-Driven Development practices
- Knowledge of software design and architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, observability and monitoring practices, and containerization with Docker
- Experience implementing DevOps practices and using source control and continuous integration tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins
- Proven experience providing production application support, diagnosing incidents, and implementing remediation and stability improvements
- Experience working as part of a distributed development team across multiple time zones (USA, Poland, India)
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
