As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be part of GEHC Financial Services (HFS) team and will be responsible for supporting team with HFS Transformation initiative that includes major product upgrade, platform modernization and AI.
This role will be a great steppingstone for an individual that has passion in learning new technologies, exploring AI platforms building digital enterprise solutions for making the impact in finance & treasury domains.
Job Description
In this role, you will be:
Requirement Analysis, user story documentation, performing technical proof of concept & development using wide range of cutting edge technologies including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET, MS SQL, Front-end frameworks like Angular, Node JS, etc.
Supporting Release planning, Test planning for product and platform upgrades.
Collaborating with Product Managers Architects, Developers, etc. to implement solutions.
Taking part in various software lifecycle activities such as requirement analysis, development, testing & documentation.
Preparing the technical documentations.
Participating in all Scrum ceremonies with business and technical teams for a rounded perspective on the solution and creating the impact to our customers.
Basic Requirements:
Active student of IT-related studies (Bachelor or Master studies), preferably in STEM field.
Fluency in English.

Technical Expertise
Basic experience in designing and building web-based applications using technologies like MS Power platform, any AI technologies, any web & full stack technologies & relational databases like SQL Server
Keen interest to learning current and emerging technologies.
Understanding and interest in UX concepts, developing wireframes for user interface design to suite business requirements.
Soft Skills & Attitude
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with technical audiences.
Good organization skills including attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivated to achieve excellence with ‘can do’ attitude.
Being self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
