What you will be doingYou’ll be joining a brand new AI & R&D team at the ground level, helping to shape the foundation of our technical capabilities. Working closely with senior engineers and researchers, you’ll contribute to proof-of-concept development, rapid prototyping, and scalable solution design for cutting-edge AI systems. Our focus areas include agentic LLM architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and AI-driven automation workflows.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies, contribute to production-grade prototypes, and help turn innovative ideas into technical reality.
- Work with engineers and researchers on AI proof-of-concept projects.
- Build and test prototypes to validate new technologies.
- Develop software in Python and C#, integrating APIs and data systems.
- Explore LLM solutions like RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Prepare data, fine-tune models, and evaluate performance.
- Write clean, maintainable code and join code reviews.
- Contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Help move prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems
Requirements
Programming: Strong skills in Python or C# (bonus: TypeScript, Bash, HTML, CSS).
Software Fundamentals: Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and version control (Git).
Web & APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic web technologies.
AI/ML Interest: Concepts like LLMs, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
Libraries (Nice to Have): PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain.
Soft Skills: Quick learner, collaborative, detail-oriented, good communication.
Education: Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
The salary range for this position is between €2,000 and €3,000 / month gross.
