What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services.
- Build and optimize data models, queries, and database performance.
- Ensure service reliability and availability by managing SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Collaborate closely with UI developers, Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Manage UAT environments, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application health, performance, and logs using observability tools.
- Contribute to DevOps automation, infrastructure improvements, and operational best practices.
- Provide support for production issues, including timely critical bug fixes and incident resolution.
What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in backend or server-side development.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.
- Proven experience ensuring service reliability and availability through SLA management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
