Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

 Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
 Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
 Create and publish regular, relevant, and engaging content.
 Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions and respond professionally.
 Grow the company's social media audience and improve engagement.
 Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities relevant to the company and its products.
 Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

B. Content Creation

 Create engaging content including graphics, captions, short videos, reels, stories, product photos, and promotional materials.
 Develop content that communicates the company's products, values, mission, and activities.
 Coordinate photography and video production for products, employees, events, and company activities.
 Write clear and persuasive captions, product descriptions, and promotional messages.
 Develop educational content related to nutrition, food products, healthy eating, and the company's mission.

C. Campaigns & Promotions

 Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
 Create social media content for product launches, promotions, events, and special campaigns.
 Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop content that supports sales activities.
 Assist in coordinating influencers, content creators, and other digital partners.
 Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

D. Brand Management

 Ensure all published content follows the company's brand guidelines.
 Maintain consistency in logos, colours, fonts, messaging, and overall brand presentation.
 Protect and promote the company's reputation across digital platforms.
 Identify and report negative or sensitive online comments that may affect the company's reputation.

E. Analytics & Reporting

 Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
 Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, leads, and conversions.
 Analyse content performance and identify what type of content performs best.
 Provide recommendations to improve digital engagement and brand visibility.
 Maintain records of campaigns, content produced, and social media performance.

F. Collaboration

 Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other departments to gather content and business information.
 Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and other creative team members where applicable.
 Participate in company events and activities to capture relevant content.
 Ensure timely delivery of approved marketing content.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
 At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
 Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts.
 Experience in FMCG, food, retail, or consumer products will be an added advantage.
 A portfolio demonstrating previous content creation and social media work is highly desirable.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
