As a Social Commerce Manager, you will lead P&G Vietnam's social commerce media strategy, driving business growth through creator ecosystems, affiliate networks, paid media, and platform partnerships. You will connect media excellence with commerce outcomes by delivering data-driven, scalable, and innovative social commerce solutions across our portfolio.
1. Social Commerce Strategy & GrowthLead the development and execution of P&G Vietnam's Social Commerce media strategy across key social platforms.
Drive full-funnel social commerce campaigns by integrating paid media, creators, affiliates, MCNs, and platform capabilities to accelerate conversion and sales.
Partner with Brand, eCommerce, and Commercial teams to translate business objectives into effective social commerce plans.
Identify new growth opportunities to scale social commerce performance across brands.
2. Performance Media & Commerce Optimization
Own campaign planning, execution, and optimization across social commerce channels to maximize both media efficiency and commercial impact.
Oversee audience strategy, campaign setup, creative trafficking, measurement, and performance reporting with agency partners.
Continuously optimize media investments based on business KPIs including traffic, conversion, ROAS, and incremental sales.
Leverage data and analytics to improve targeting, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Creator Ecosystem & Platform Innovation
Lead the development of P&G's creator and affiliate ecosystem, including KOLs, creators, MCNs, affiliate partners, and social commerce agencies.
Stay ahead of emerging social commerce trends, platform capabilities, and creator economy developments.
Design and lead learning agendas, pilot programs, and innovation initiatives to unlock new commerce opportunities.
Drive capability building by sharing best practices and scaling successful models across brands.
4. Partnership & Cross-functional Leadership
Build strategic partnerships with key social commerce platforms and external partners to maximize business value for P&G brands.
Collaborate closely with Brand, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, and agency partners to deliver integrated social commerce initiatives.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on social commerce, providing guidance on strategy, measurement, governance, and best practices.
Coach and develop internal teams on social commerce planning, execution, and performance measurement.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experiences in the industry or similar positions

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Agency management: Engage, energize and enable agencies to identify opportunities for service improvements
