Your Next Career Opportunity – Site Acquisition Coordinator

The primary function of this position is to coordinate the site acquisition process for new antenna sites, including but not limited to approval of vendors for site acquisition services, coordination of external resources assigned to site acquisition tasks, communication with

 local legal, construction, and site development

teams through the site search and development cycle.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct research within assigned geographical areas, utilizing Google Earth, zoning maps, and/or physical visits, to identify candidate sites that meet the client's infrastructure engineering standards.
• Summarize and present research findings to the construction, site development teams, and Asset Optimization Managers for review and approval.
• Assign sites to external providers accordingly.
• Upon approval, assist the construction and site development teams in compiling all candidate site data to present to the client.
• Assist in obtaining property owners’ documentation to finalize the negotiation of wireless infrastructure and/or equipment installation.
• Serve as point of contact for external providers and follow up of third-party companies responsible for site acquisition functions.
• Provide reporting on both internal and external teams’ progress and key performance indicators.
• Support, when necessary, on negotiations based on pre-approved financial and legal parameters.
• Work with Asset Optimization Analysts on submitting transactions and deal characteristics for management approval.
• Work with Asset Optimization Analysts on performance-based payouts for management approval.
• Address project progression and completion status of pending tasks during assigned project meetings with internal staff.
• Provide suggestions to resolve outstanding issues to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Work cross functionally with other team members and groups within the company.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED; Associate’s degree and or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
• Valid Government Issued Passport
