- Monitor Exchange Clearing activities and maintain effective communication with clearing agents
- Assist in cash management processes to ensure optimal liquidity and fund flow
- Monitor custody settlements and domestic/offshore settlement activities for broker and trust banking accounts
- Manage Stock Borrow transaction to cover fail from brokers, ensuring smooth borrowing processes
- Provide support in trade uploading into I-Star from middle office system and booking
- Provide assistance with account opening into I-Star platform
- Ensure timely and accurate Manage regulatory reporting in compliance with relevant standards and requirements
- Manage team members by providing guidance and coaching on daily basis
- Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in custody settlement or cash management
- Experience with other products (F&O, Fixed Income) are preferred
- High level of computer literacy, including advanced excel skills and knowledge of settlement procedure. The capability to learn new systems quickly is essential
- In depth knowledge of Japan market rules and regulations
- Ability to work dynamically with multiple teams and deliver results
- Confidence and maturity in communicating with internal and external clients at all levels
- Ability to work within tight timeframes to achieve objectives
- Flexibility to respond to changing work demands
- Demonstrates the ability to work as a member of a team or alone on projects
- I-Star knowledge preferred
- High level of attention to details
- Good command of written and spoken English
