About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll harness Rokt’s cutting-edge AI technology to drive revenue growth, in close collaboration with Rokt's Enterprise Account Managers and Sales Directors. You will identify opportunities, engage top-tier prospects, and help expand Rokt’s footprint in Japan from our office in Tokyo.

This is a high-impact role for a driven individual committed to building a high-velocity sales career in Advertising Technology/Ecommerce.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Total Target Compensation: ¥11,000,000 – ¥12,000,000 JPY per year (includes base salary, guaranteed commission, and equity)
    • Fixed Annual Salary: ¥8,250,000 – ¥8,750,000 JPY
    • Target Commission (STIP): ¥2,000,000 – ¥2,500,000 JPY (20% payout guarantee as customary in Japan market, remaining 80% linked to team performance & other metrics)
    • Equity: Initial grant of 500 RSUs, vesting over 4 years
What You’ll Do
  • Drive New Business: Proactively prospect and generate leads, leveraging AI tools to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Manage the sales process from initial outreach through negotiation and closing. Meet and exceed revenue targets by closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Leverage AI & Data: Use Rokt’s analytics and AI to tailor your approach, refining your strategy based on market trends and customer data.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, deeply understanding their needs and positioning Rokt’s solutions for growth.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
