We’re looking for Software Project Managers with experience in radiology and/ or cardiology clinical imaging systems to join our growing team comprising of technical specialists and integration experts delivering radiology, cardiology, and digital pathology enterprise imaging solutions to customers, globally. This role, part of our Professional Services Center of Excellence in Krakow, Poland, will lead two or more “pods” focused on product and solution implementation and/or support, planning and executing work efficiently to accelerate delivery of outcomes to customers.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end planning, backlog refinement, and execution in an agile manner to meet customer demands across multiple projects, using a Scrum or Kanban framework, for either implementation, upgrade, migration or support of PACS, RIS, CVIS, VNA systems.
Managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions and critical path for delivery.
Leading and facilitating delivery across multi-disciplinary teams – business analysts, clinical workflow specialists, technical implementation engineers, cloud solutions architects – as appropriate.
Driving a culture of accountability, outcomes-focus, transparency, clear communications, and continuous improvement.
Enforcing appropriate governance, change control, and compliance to adhere to SOPs and QMS.
Seamless collaborating and coordinating across external vendors, partners, and internal support, services, product management and engineering teams driving focus on customer outcomes.
Seeking to become trusted advisors to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management, computer science, or equivalent.
Relevant experience as scrum master or in agile project and program management in a healthcare informatics environment; experience with SaaS healthcare platforms is a big plus.
Proven track record in agile management and predictable delivery, including relevant tools – Scrum, Kanban boards, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or other.
Experience with advanced planning, OKRs, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, burndown/CFD analysis, time tracking, utilization reporting and management.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross functionally in an enterprise software product business.
Attention to detail, concern for quality, good process, documentation, and SOP adherence discipline.
Fluent English
