Note - TPG Capital, a global alternative asset management firm, recently acquired Sabre Hospitality Solutions. Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Sabre Hospitality business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be supporting Aven Hospitality, which is now owned by TPG. The Lead Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Aven Hospitality Products’ most complex and high‑impact implementations while providing day‑to‑day leadership and guidance to a team of Implementation Managers.

This role combines hands‑on ownership of strategic customer engagements with people leadership and delivery oversight, ensuring consistent execution standards, strong consultative engagement, and continuous improvement across the implementation function.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, multi‑workstream, or high‑risk customer implementations

  • Lead customer engagements with senior and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout delivery

  • Ensure delivery execution aligns with internal standards, methodologies, and quality expectations

  • Apply deep product and delivery expertise to guide customers toward scalable, best‑practice solutions

  • Clearly articulate trade‑offs and recommendations, influencing customer decisions with confidence and credibility

  • Provide functional leadership to a group of Implementation Managers, including coaching, mentoring, and delivery support

  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and customer experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software/SaaS implementations, professional services, or complex project/program management

  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, or enterprise‑level implementations

  • Prior experience in a lead, principal, or team‑lead capacity is strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with hospitality products or hospitality‑focused implementations is a plus, but not required

  • Advanced project and program management expertise, including multi‑stream delivery and escalation management

  • Strong consultative and advisory skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels

  • Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, and delivery oversight
