The expected salary for this position: 13 000 - 18 000 PLN gross

We are looking for you, if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration,
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or IT Operations Management – Data Foundations,
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with common web and platform technologies such as XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML and CSS,
- Experience with CI/CD and Automated Test Framework (ATF),
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification,
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification,
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS‑ITSM) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CIS‑DF),
- A strong command of English, both written and spoken,
- A growth mindset, strong customer focus, and a collaborative attitude
- The ability to understand, challenge, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
You'll get extra points for:
- Experience with Now Assist,
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – any other product,
- Experience with Azure DevOps,
- Experience with Kafka.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements and best practices,
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration,
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and security,
- Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions,
- Supporting the Product Manager with functional refinements to assess technical feasibility,
- Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and platform trends,
