HIRING | SERVICENOW CMDB ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CMDB governance. The candidate will ensure high-quality CI data and establish CMDB as a trusted system of record.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer communication, governance mindset, and ability to work independently in an offshore model supporting USA stakeholders.
Skills Required
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB expertise
- Experience with ServiceNow CSDM
- Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping
- Knowledge of CI lifecycle, identification, and reconciliation
- JavaScript, Business Rules, and Client/Server Scripts
- Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Experience with CMDB Health dashboards and reporting
- ITOM Event Management, Cloud Discovery, or Operational Intelligence
- REST/API, LDAP, and monitoring-tool integrations
- Experience with large enterprise CMDB transformations
- HAM/SAM knowledge
- ServiceNow CSA, CMDB, or ITOM certifications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an offshore model supporting USA stakeholders
