You Will
- Develop the technology and architecture strategy and planning/roadmap for the Product(s) in scope, in collaboration with Product Teams for Medium Complexity Products.
- Owns responsibility for technical setup, architecture, system documentation and has key expertise about platform interfaces, integrations, and roadmaps.
- Collaborates with Enterprise Architects and ensures Architectural Guidelines and Principals are followed as defined in Target Architecture Master Plan
- Support and guide the Product Team in ensuring both a strategic long term and short-term perspective on the Product Lifecycle
- Drive and protect the design / integration / architecture for the product(s)
- Understand technical trends affecting the product(s) and judge when new technology is sufficiently mature and cost-efficient to include in products and solutions.
- Support Solution Architects who are part of the Product Team
The Skills You Bring
- 8-12 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM. product management, IT portfolio management, or enterprise architecture platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
- Experience implementing or managing ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture / APM / TPM capabilities.
- Experience working with PMO and Enterprise Architecture teamsThis person is expected to be able to architect the new platform and its data model to support the Product transformation for Ericsson Enterprise IT
- Solid understanding in the following areas is needed: ServiceNow SPM Module, Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Application Portfolio Management, Agile delivery frameworks, Working in Agile / SAFe environments, Translate business needs into technical features, user stories, and backlog items
- The IT Technology Specialist ensures the technology strategy and planning for the Product(s) in scope.
- Also ensures a stable technology and architecture Roadmap and planning for the Product(s) during their lifecycle and guides the Product Teams to ensure the development of the Product(s)
- This role requires collaborating with stakeholders to tailor tools to support product-based delivery models, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and promoting a seamless flow of data across platforms.
- The specialist must understand product management principles, work closely with product teams, and ensure tools facilitate effective product lifecycle management, prioritization, and value delivery.
- Additionally, they provide technical support, implement best practices, and stay current with trends in portfolio management tools and frameworks, such as Agile and Lean, to continuously enhance decision-making, transparency, and overall portfolio performance.
