Bring your expertise to the forefront and help LEGO.com achieve growth in search through finding opportunities in Google’s classic results, new SERP features, and site improvements.
Core Responsibilities

Conduct online research to identify keywords and ranking opportunities to incorporate into our website pages and organic listings.

Manage local SEO on a global scale for LEGO Brand Retail Stores and events.

Working within the Retail SEO team, you will collaborate with wider Retail Marketing teams and relevant Product Teams.

Work to unify our offline and online experiences to offer potential visitors the best view of what they can discover at LEGO Brand Retail Stores and on LEGO.com.

Find new and impactful ways to feature our Brand Retail Stores, events, and product range.

Work with Tech SEO and Product to maintain strong schema to improve our visibility throughout search.

Analyze data to supervise the success of optimizations and make data-driven decisions.

Work closely with our agency to understand opportunities and project manage improvement projects.

Communicate ongoing performance to wider partner groups.

Liaise with internal and external partners to reflect commercial priorities and requirements

LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, upbeat team which is passionate about building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences. This role will focus on creating a seamless experience between LEGO.com and LEGO Brand Retail Stores through online optimizations and strong internal collaboration.
Do you have what it takes?

An excellent understanding of Google and the current search landscape
-
Good working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals and how they translate to natural search visibility

Experience in SEO across various markets and identifying market nuances

Minimum 2 years' experience in an SEO or content marketing-focused role

Strong skills in managing Google My Business, Local Pack appearance, and related tools (Yext experience desirable)

Ability to translate performance into a clear narrative for a wide range of partners

Experience with SEO research and analysis tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Pi Datametrics, Adobe Analytics

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

Passion for SEO and driving results through omnichannel

Experience working within complex structures and with Product/Engineering teams

Experience working in-house at a large, global brand with multiple levels of approval preferred

Experience with A/B testing preferred
New Location Update
This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Relocation
There is no budget for domestic or international relocation for this role.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,000 - $130,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
