We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Payments Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, India.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Define the pod roadmap and product vision, ensuring priorities are aligned to platform objectives and OKRs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of pod outcomes, from intake and prioritization through execution and release.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and control functions to ensure the product vision aligns with platform strategy and user needs.
• Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining a healthy backlog at least 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Manage dependencies across pods and teams to support coordinated delivery against the broader Payments Enablement Platform strategy.
• Track product outcomes and business value after release, communicating progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Support release planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor the risk, control, and regulatory environment and adjust priorities in partnership with leadership as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Experience serving as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role within an Agile environment.
• Ability to define priorities, manage backlogs, and convert strategic goals into actionable work for delivery teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product vision, progress, and trade-offs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate and resolve blockers effectively.
• Relevant domain knowledge in payments, financial services, platform delivery, or related business areas is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
