We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Enterprise Custody Platform team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively
- Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable
- Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Facilitate release planning with stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
- Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders
- Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary
- Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including writing well-defined stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to provide daily direction to an agile team.
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry, specifically prior knowledge of the Custody business and/or institutional banking preferred.
