We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Loans Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, India and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Define and drive product strategy aligned to measurable business outcomes (e.g., STP, automation, client experience)
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement
- Lead continuous discovery through user engagement, data analysis, and experimentation
- Leverage data and analytics to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and tools across the product lifecycle
- Partner with engineering to shape scalable, forward-looking platform architecture
- Influence stakeholders and negotiate priorities across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Mentor and develop Product Owners, building strong product capability within the team
- Ensure clear communication of product vision, progress, and outcomes across stakeholders
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Significant product management experience in financial services / fintech
- Strong understanding of loans domain preferred
- Experience working in agile / scaled agile environments
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable product outcomes
- Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven products is a strong advantage

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 8-10+ years of product management experience
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment
- Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction
