4+ years of US IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visas, and market trends.
Proven track record in working US time zones.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
