Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Balance Sheet and Interest Rate Risk Management team. This position will support the measurement, analysis, and communication of the company's interest rate risk profile, with exposure to both net interest income (NII) and economic value of equity (EVE). The role will build and enhance analytics, translate complex risk results into clear executive-level insights, and partner with Corporate Risk, Investment Portfolio, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure interest rate risk is effectively managed and understood.
In this role, you will:

- Analyze the company's interest rate risk position, identify key drivers and emerging exposures, and provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.
- Create concise executive-level presentations and recurring risk reporting for senior management and governance forums, translating complex technical results into clear business implications.
- Perform product-level analytics to assess cash flow, repricing, prepayment, optionality, valuation, and behavioral risks across assets, liabilities, derivatives, and investment securities.
- Partner with Corporate Risk, Investment Portfolio, Finance, model, data, and business teams to evaluate exposures, challenge assumptions, and support well-informed risk management decisions.
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of interest rate risk metrics, limits, stress scenarios, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Investigate period-over-period changes in NII and EVE sensitivity, reconcile results, and attribute changes to market movements, balance sheet activity, model assumptions, and management actions.
- Evaluate the impact of potential hedging, funding, investment, and balance sheet strategies on the company's interest rate risk profile.
- Assess data quality, model outputs, and reporting processes; identify control gaps and opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and governance.
- Leverage automation, data visualization, and analytical tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision support while maintaining strong controls and data integrity.
- Lead targeted analytical projects, coordinate deliverables across stakeholders, and provide guidance to teammates on complex interest rate risk topics.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk, and Model Risk, as appropriate, to support governance, review, and examination activities.
- Exercise independent judgment while operating within applicable policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
