About the Role:

As a Senior Systems Administrator (Tier 3), you will provide strategic and project‑focused support for enterprise financial systems. This role is centered on system design, advanced configuration, and delivery of complex initiatives that enhance scalability, compliance, and long‑term platform health. You will operate as a subject matter expert, supporting the team through non‑routine, high‑impact project work, ensuring system reliability while enabling new business capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced configuration, design, and optimization of financial systems in support of enterprise projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provide expert‑level guidance to the team on complex system functionality, configuration decisions, and integration impacts.
• Establish and enforce data integrity standards and governance controls.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve complex system and integration issues with a focus on long‑term risk reduction.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, testing strategies, and release readiness for project‑driven changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including design decisions and configuration standards.
• Perform advanced data analysis to support project outcomes, compliance needs, and decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, middleware, and vendors) to deliver integrated system solutions.
• Design and administer complex access models, roles, and permissions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a lead contributor or SME on system enhancement projects, global rollouts, and new capability enablement.
