How You Will Make an Impact- Compile and analyze financial information in order to transact journal entries to the general ledger.
- Review and reconcile financial information in detail for balance sheet accounts.
- Identify and resolve reconciling differences for various accounts.
- Provide oversight of bank account reconciliation process.
- Responsible for preparation, coordination, and input of assigned month-end closing schedules and entries.
- Prepare and distributes of monthly & quarterly financial reporting packages.
- Assist with interim and annual external audits.
- Perform progress pay estimate billings for all companies as assigned.
- Provide periodic overload assistance and special project investigation as directed by the Accounting Manager, Tax Manager or Assistant Corporate Controller.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
- 3+ years related experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Strong analytics and trend analysis experience and knowledge.
