POSITION SUMMARY: 

A member of the SEATH Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) Operations team with key focuses in warehousing and storage locations operations. Working closely with the SEATH Warehouse Operations team to support and manage the E2E warehouse operations within the 4-walls for the SEATH Distribution Center and Local Hubs, ensuring accurate & timely order preparation for outbound, inventory integrity and compliance to SOPs. This position serves as the key liaison between the W&D, 3PL and Commercial teams to drive operational excellence, resolve issues and support with special handling as needed. Key accountabilities include overseeing Returns Management, monitoring 3PL performances against SLAs and leading continuous improvement efforts to optimize process and cost efficiency. This role will ensure data accuracy across warehouse systems, ie. SAP, WMS,etc, and supports analysis and reporting for operational and financial performance.   

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Coordinate with SEATH Commercial teams and the 3PL warehouse operators to ensure shipment orders are received, allocated, VAS activities, pick & pack accurately and ready for outbound timely.

• Collaborate with SEATH Distribution team of the shipment arrangements and ensure shipment handover to freight forwarder 3PLs are according to SOP requirements.

• Be the bridge to connect between the warehouse operators and the SEATH Commercial teams to clarify and/or resolve any operational issues that may arise during order incoming or outgoing.

• Coordinate with 3PL operators for Returns Management. Ensure the returns process are followed through and system records are being updated accurately.   

• Support the SEATH commercial teams on special handlings/requirements for special events or order arrangements.

• Responsible for the warehouse consumables and monitor its consumption. Coordinate with warehouse & local hub 3PLs to ensure consumables are maintained at safety stock level. Collaborate with 3PLs to apply PVH’s Sustainability initiatives.

• Collect, review and evaluate 3PL operational data and KPI reports. Monitor the 3PLs to ensure all SLAs are met. Identify root causes of operational disruptions for improvement plans.

• Monitor and manage the warehouse & local hubs’ inventory. Responsible for periodic inventory cycle counts and stock takes with 3PLs to reconcile with system records.

• Maintain and regular update to warehouse operations SOPs. Collaborate with the 3PLs to streamline the warehouse operational processes for continuous improvement.

• Support the maintenance and monitoring of all warehouse operations related systems, i.e. SAP, WMS, OMS etc., and its integrations to ensure data are accurate, reconciled and up to date.

• Support the Warehouse Manager to prepare and analyze operational, cost and performance data for monthly reporting.

• Any adhoc support request for warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain operations, preferably in Retail/3PL industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain related discipline.

• Have strong attention to details with large volume of operational data.

• Able to generate scheduled operational reports with root cause analysis details for monthly reviews.

• Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute.

• Experienced in collaborating with 3PLs on warehouse operations arrangements.

• Able to monitor and track 3PLs’ KPI performances.

• Hands on warehouse operations experiences are desirable.

• MNC experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially with Excel for data & graphical analysis functions.

• IT savvy – knowledge with ERP, WMS, OMS etc.   

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
