Job Description Summary
The Sr. Sol Owner is responsible for owning an integration platform and supporting the overall global integration services. Including the technical development, delivery, and governance of software development across both SAP and non-SAP platforms guaranteeing smooth delivery of integrations of systems and adherence to compliance standards.The position is to work with multiple stakeholders to alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and platform governance and deliver the integration services.

Managing Technical Design, Development, and Delivery teams for the technical interfaces
Managing delivery of Technical Design, Development and Deployment of the Technical interfaces
Follow the End-to-End Development Life Cycle of Integration Projects
Work with Multiple stakeholders to deliver the interfaces
Ensure consistent, secure, and high-quality development and customization across all Integrations.
Ensure adherence to GxP compliance, validation and regulatory standards in technical developments and integrations.
Drive integration alignment in close collaboration with the platform leads to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery and efficient data flow.
Establish and maintain governance and delivery models.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, Desing and Delivery of Integrations.
Contribute to maintain the pattern catalogue in the respective domain
Manage consumption of licensing for integration platforms
Background
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field;
Languages
Manage consumption of licensing for integration platforms
Experience and Skills
15+ years in enterprise IT or application development, with 10+ SAP Integration Suit, or Boomi or any Integration Technology Proficiency
Deep understanding of SAP Integration Suit or any Integration Technology development
Experience managing multi-vendor environments,
Experience on SaaS Platforms Integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of pharma/life sciences regulatory requirements (GxP).
Experience with Waterfall / Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
