We are seeking experienced Senior Software Developers to join our dynamic Product Development team at iRely. This role will be based in our Makati City office, with close collaboration alongside our development team Bangalore, India.
We are actively looking for engineers excited by AI-powered development to leverage tools like Cursor and AI agents to speed up code generation, refactoring, documentation, and test coverage. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge AI assistants to improve developer productivity and software quality.
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3–4 days in the office each week.
About the Role:
As a Senior Software Developer, you will contribute to the development of our flagship product, i21, across various software modules. You will be responsible for both client-side and server-side aspects of the application, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in software development with expertise in the following skills is mandatory to be eligible for this role:
- C# (server-side)
- Front End JavaScript
- Back End - ASP.NET Core C#
- Database - Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills
- Capacity to learn fast and adjust to changes that include but are not limited to technology, code, programming approach, team groupings and projects
- Ability to approach an idea with a simplified view and find efficient ways to code or resolve issues
- High level of initiative and commitment to the job, the company and creation of the product
- Self-starter that shows the initiative to get things done
Preferred Skills
- Sencha Ext JS and React JavaScript framework knowledge
- Experience in ERP, Financial or Accounting applications, a plus
- .NET MVC Framework
- .NET Core
- Exposure to AI-enhanced development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.)
- Working Knowledge in Microsoft Azure
- Familiar with CI / CD
- Experience in handling complex stored Procedures
Duties and Responsibilities
- Embrace and promote AI-powered tools to assist in coding, documentation, and testing.
- Collaborate with the web development team to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure that development projects are completed on schedule and align with business goals.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, implementing effective solutions to enhance the overall functionality of the application.
