Supports enterprise software sales through tailored ERP, SaaS, and business application demonstrations. Partners with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to translate customer requirements into relevant use cases, explain product functionality and business value, maintain demo environments and scripts, answer product questions, and provide customer feedback to improve positioning and sales effectiveness.

Develops new business and expands the customer base for enterprise software solutions across U.S. markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, consultative discovery, executive relationship building, solution demonstrations, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, contract execution, cross-selling, and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The role requires approximately 40% travel and collaboration with product, marketing, implementation, and technical teams.

Design, maintain, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC for multi-tenant SaaS. Manage Docker/Kubernetes workloads, PostgreSQL production environments, monitoring, security, backups, disaster recovery, and automation. Improve deployment reliability, incident response, and collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams.
