Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end systems
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues
- Full-Stack Development:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, nextjs, html, css, js)
- Expertise in back-end frameworks in Java microservice
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. (good to have)
- Code Review and Testing:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
- Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend (java)
- Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with package managers like Yarn and npm
- Good in microservice and ui design using html css js
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
