Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET web applications and REST APIs to automate tools that help our customers
• Design, implement, and maintain applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software following established processes
• Communicate effectively with other engineers and quality engineers (QE)
• Identify and resolve production and non-production application issues
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
• Provide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure questions
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced developers
• Develop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
• Contribute to the development team and help achieve key business objectives
• Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
• Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams
• Solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree OR HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years of equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
• 5+ years of .NET web/React design and development experience
• 4+ years of REST API development
• 3+ years of Angular experience
• 2+ years of SQL Server experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., TFS/Azure DevOps)
• Experience working in a virtual team environment
• Knowledge of Windows operating system details
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
