Skills Required
- Experience negotiating clinical trial agreements (CTAs) including contractual language, financial attachments, and investigator budgets.
- Subject matter expertise in site contracting and global budget negotiations, including escalation management and risk mitigation.
- Experience planning contract execution strategy and forecasting site-specific contractual timelines.
- Proven collaboration with internal legal, finance, and clinical operations stakeholders.
- Experience managing fair market value discussions and investigator payment terms.
- Ability to create and maintain contract status reports and update departmental tools/systems.
- Experience developing training materials, training and mentoring less experienced staff, and adherence to SOPs.
- Willingness and ability to travel minimally (up to 25%).
