  • Experience in solution design, user experience architecture, workflow design, and data architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage application development projects through the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Azure DevOps
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Power Apps Developer.
Key Responsibilities

  • InfoPath Conversion
  • Analyse existing InfoPath applications in SharePoint 2016.
  • Identify requirements and design a conversion strategy to migrate applications to SharePoint Online.
  • Power Apps Development
  • Design and develop new applications in Microsoft Power Apps to replace legacy InfoPath forms.
  • Enhance user experience, functionality, and system responsiveness.
  • Workflow Automation
  • Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
  • Replicate and enhance InfoPath functionalities integrating with SharePoint Online and Office 365 services.
  • Requirement Gathering
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Document specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integration & Customization
  • Customize Power Apps to integrate with Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and external data sources.
  • Testing & Documentation
  • Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain technical documentation for deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • User Training & Support
  • Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Promote adoption and efficient use of new applications and workflows.




Requirements
Qualifications Required
  • B-Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be advantageous (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure certifications)
Core Skills
  • SharePoint Development (2016 / Online)
  • Power Platform Development (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap
  • SQL Server and data integration
  • Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, JavaScript)
