The diverse product portfolio includes loudspeakers, audio electronics, intercom, public address systems and more – and targets an equally broad audience from musicians to governments to stadiums. Team members are based in Europe, the US, Singapore and China.

🚀 Your Role as a Senior Segment Marketing Communications Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Segment Marketing Communications Manager to lead the marketing communications for our Bosch Conference portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee global and regional strategies across EMEA and North America. Additionally, you will collaborate with indirect team members in the AP, CN, and LA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy: Drive the global marketing communications strategy, leveraging branding, digital marketing, and events.
- Targeted Marketing: Understand and engage with our conference customers and markets, using the best communication channels.
- Innovation: Challenge the status quo to grow our brand and extend our reach with effective B2B communications and lead generation strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, global product management, and regional stakeholders to prioritize and focus team efforts.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mobilize an indirect team to achieve segment goals.
- Resource Management: Ensure a strong internal team and network of resources, including agencies, digital tools, and designers.
- Data-Driven: Use data and insights to report on brand channel effectiveness and influence future marketing activities.
- Brand Positioning: Establish and build brand positioning, ensuring alignment with other portfolios.
- Budget Management: Maximize global budget and resources.
- Digital Strategy: Develop a strong digital channel strategy to support the brand and segment.
Qualifications
🎓 What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of ten plus years of marketing communications experience
- Minimum of five plus years of digital marketing is required
- Minimum of five plus years of digital marketing in a B2B work environment is required
- Ability to build and leverage key stakeholder business relationships to support goals and objectives
- Strong ability to make quick, effective decisions aligned to the overall marketing strategy
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing
- Must be a strong listener with the ability to understand different perspectives/views, determine a forward path, and execute
- Experience in the conference industry is an advantage
- Currently residing in the Netherlands or Europe
- Language(s): English
