About the Role: 

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support territory planning and management, ensuring fair and effective territory design, accurate quota alignment, and data-driven coverage decisions. You will serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership and cross-functional teams, using data analysis to optimize territory structure and support broader revenue operations processes. 

Responsibilities:  

Territory Planning & Management 

  • Design and maintain sales territories based on market analysis, account concentration, and growth potential 
  • Conduct periodic territory reviews and rebalancing to ensure equitable workload distribution and revenue opportunity alignment 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish territory assignments and support territory transitions 
  • Document and maintain territory hierarchy, rules, and change logs for audit compliance 

Revenue Operations Support 

  • Support compensation, quota, and incentive processes, including calculations, reconciliation, and reporting as needed 
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM, territory management, and related systems 
  • Reconcile data across systems to identify and resolve discrepancies 
  • Support audit and compliance reviews related to territory and compensation accuracy 

Process Improvement 

  • Identify and document process gaps, errors, and inefficiencies in territory and revenue operations workflows 
  • Lead or support initiatives to improve data quality, automation, and reporting timeliness 
  • Champion adoption of tools and systems that enhance revenue operations capabilities 
  • Develop training and documentation to support user adoption and process standardization 

System & Data Management 

  • Maintain data integrity in CRM and territory management systems 
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations as needed 
  • Create and maintain data processes, validation rules, and error-checking protocols 
    • Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT and vendor support to resolve problems 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; or equivalent professional experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, territory management, or a related field 
  • Experience designing or managing sales territories 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and business intelligence tools 

Compensation: 

  • Salary:  $108,000
