In this role, you will own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, acting as the main bridge between internal teams and external clients to ensure successful, on-time launches. Project lifecycles run on fast-paced 6 to 12 week timelines.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-lifecycle software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, driving clear client communication, proactive risk mitigation, and team accountability to maintain strict timelines
- Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 concurrent projects, balancing complex, multi-system integrations with standard deliveries
- Configure client applications utilizing no-code flow builders and conduct rigorous quality assurance testing, including preparing annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions prior to release
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Scale implementation operations by developing SOPs, creating integrated template project plans, and continuously optimizing internal tools and discovery processes
- Coach and mentor Associate and Project Manager-level team members to foster professional growth and team efficiency
Requirements
- Portfolio Management: 4–6 years of experience managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, specializing in multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations
- Process & Scaling: Built standard SOPs and project templates that improved and streamlined the implementation lifecycle
- Product Launch: Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products
Nice to Have
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions and annotations in pharma or life sciences
- Background in healthcare technology or a marketing agency
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior project managers

Compensation
- Base pay: $90,000 - $150,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
