The PM will drive execution and scheduling of ICPE projects while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints. What you'll be doing:
Responsibility to coordinate between all project collaborators such as design team, Q&R team, budget and purchasing team, operations etc, from initial requirements' definition till EOL
Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsibility for developing and implementing ICPE methodologies and Project management processes and tools.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience in project management
Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to lead multi-functional teams and initiatives
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to lead effectively across cultures and geographies.
Personal skills: great teammate and strong problem-solving skills, independent, accountable, adaptive to changes in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry
