Job SummaryThe Project Coordinator supports the planning, organization and implementation of projects by coordinating schedules and collaborating with project team as well as external vendors and/or partners to meet project objectives and provide effective communication between stakeholders. This includes advanced level administrative and analysis project responsibilities of business operations.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five (5) years' project coordination experience with medium to large projects involving multiple key stakeholders. OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum three (3) years’ experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be able to set, execute and follow through on deadlines and deliverables.
Superior communication skills while developing and maintaining diplomatic rapport.
Proficiency working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Proficiency working with Project Management related software.
Ability to manage change.

ResponsibilitiesAssists in project analysis with the business case, review business requirements, gap analysis, feasibility study in long term benefit, requirement and solution review with stakeholders., Assists leadership in overseeing all project activities and priorities ensuring compliance with departmental policies., Coordinates, in the absence of an assigned Project Manager, small to medium projects, involving one or more stakeholders., Develops and maintains project related documentation, coordinate communications efforts., Handles project related administrative functions., Maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reporting to ensure activities are in accordance with specified objectives., Performs other duties as assigned., Reviews project objectives and ensure that work is completed as needed., Serves as a project liaison and schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration.
