- Candidates must reside within driving distance to Canton, MA and will be expected to come to office 5 days/week.
- Responsible for managing the implementation of very large, strategic and complex programs.
- Provides overall leadership and support to one or more program or project teams.
- Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks.
- Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
- Interfaces with C-Suite Executives and Business Unit Leaders, Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures, and with Purchasing, develops POs, and manages suppliers and vendor relationships.
- Manages stakeholders' communication.
- Plans the overall program and monitors the progress and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
- Defines the program governance (controls).
- Manages the programs budget and financial performance.
- Coordinates the programs and their interdependencies.
- Manages and utilizes resources across programs and projects.
- May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Oversees a larger collection of projects that may be considered a sub-portfolio in nature, may manage multiple programs/projects and related program/project managers.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (Equivalent to a Bachelors Degree) in a related discipline plus
- 10+ years of directly related experience
- 3 years of management/leadership
- Deep understanding of Retail & Consumer Product industry
- Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
- Ability to successfully and independently execute, manage and schedule complex, multiple and diverse activities from the planning stage through completion.
- Ability to train and assist in the professional growth of staff members.
- Displays excellent problem-solving capabilities, innovative thinking, and independent judgment.
- Able to lead through change
What we offer:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is$165,000. to $175,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
