NVIDIA (Networking BU) is looking for a Qualification program manager who will handle several parallel programs and projects. The PM should drive the schedule execution of Qualification projects while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints. What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for coordinating between all projects from initial requirement definition through delivery.
- Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Responsible for developing and implementing HW methodologies and Project management processes, and tools.
- Collecting, prioritizing, tracking, and driving issues that have been found during qualification to resolution/closure.
- Defining and implementing complex program schedules with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks
What we need to see:
- Practical or B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering or related field with 5 years of proven experience.
- A strong technical background and experience driving multi-functional teams.
- Sharp thinking and good decision-making skills.
- Validated ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice versa.
- Great teammate who loves to work in a team environment.
- Fluent English.
