About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager/Owner at Clearfacts, you will take full ownership of a functional scope of our platform, including SME-facing functionality, our mobile app, and a brand-new financial accounting module.
You will operate at the heart of product development, bridging customer needs, business goals, and technical execution, while working closely with a dedicated development team and a wide range of stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where your ideas can go live in production within months and directly shape the experience of thousands of users.
What You Will Do
Define and maintain your product roadmap, aligned with the broader product and business strategy
Engage directly with customers through interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to uncover needs and validate solutions
Translate complex accounting processes into simple, intuitive user experiences
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features with continuous improvements
Design features and write clear functional specifications for developers
Work closely with your development team in an Agile (Scrum) environment to deliver high-quality releases
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, Marketing) to ensure successful product adoption
Define KPIs and monitor post-launch performance, using data and feedback to drive improvements
Coordinate go-live strategies and ensure successful releases
Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategic planning
What Makes You a Great Fit
You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner (or similar role) in a B2B SaaS environment
You are experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies and know how to drive delivery in iterative cycles
You excel at understanding customer problems and translating them into structured solutions
You are a proactive communicator, comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders
You take ownership and actively seek feedback, both internally and from customers
You can simplify complex concepts into user-friendly solutions, ideally within complex domains
You have a strong UX mindset, focusing on usability, clarity, and consistency
You are data-driven and use insights to guide product decisions
You are motivated to learn (or already experienced in) the accounting/fintech domain
You are fluent in English, as well as in Dutch/French for client interaction
