- Own the release notes process end-to-end, from drafting through publication, across every Narmi product release.
- Run feature readiness (Go live / No-Go calls) for each release, partnering with EPD and GTM teams.
- Run the Narmi beta program end-to-end: work with PMs and CS to identify the right cohorts, gather and synthesize feedback, and drive each feature to a clean release alongside PMs.
- Own feature enablement: configuring, turning on, and communicating new feature releases to Narmi's customers.
- Coordinate UAT, production deploys, and hotfixes across Narmi's web and mobile apps.
- Maintain the operational health of the release cycle: flag drift, escalate breakdowns, and protect the team's ability to ship on schedule.
- Partner with Product & Engineering leadership on AI and automation initiatives, owning end-to-end implementation of the work that reshapes how Narmi ships product.
- Re-invest in the operational programs Product Ops already owns to sharpen process, increase adoption, and raise the bar on quality.
- Build outcome and action-oriented reporting that helps shape how Narmi prioritizes and develops features.
- Establish a clear, repeatable process to keep GTM teams informed on what's shipping and equipped with the context they need to act on it.
- Be a thought partner on how we evolve Product Ops with new technology and tooling that accelerates how Narmi builds and ships product.
- 3 to 6+ years in Product Operations, Release Management, Technical Program Management, or a closely related role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Demonstrated ownership of a real release motion: release notes, deploy coordination, feature flagging, or beta programs at production scale.
- Technical fluency. You're comfortable in tools like Jira/Linear, GitHub, Notion, and modern observability/analytics tools. You can read PRs, merged code changes, and feature flag configs without needing translation.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation. You've already used AI tools to make your own work faster (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude Cowork/Code, agentic tooling), and you're excited to help shape how the next evolution of product development operates.
- Strong GTM fluency. You've worked closely with Customer Success, GM, Sales, or PMM and know how to translate engineering reality into language those teams can act on.
- Excellent written communication. Release notes, runbooks, and stakeholder updates are your craft.
- A bias for documentation and repeatability. When you solve a problem once, you write the runbook so it doesn't need to be solved again.
- Calm under pressure during release windows, hotfixes, and incident response.
- A genuine passion for product. You want to understand what we're shipping and why, not just route the tickets.
- Experience at a digital banking, core banking, or financial infrastructure company.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Heap).
- Experience working directly with financial institution stakeholders (banks, credit unions) and the operational nuance that comes with regulated customers.
- High Ceiling: You go beyond the obvious, take initiative, and hold yourself to high standards with care.
- Low Ego: You put the mission above ourselves, share credit freely, and lead with curiosity.
- Alignment to Mission: You believe that helping community financial institutions win against Mega Banks and FinTechs is a worthy endeavor, and will use that belief as a northstar to anchor your efforts to that goal.
- High Commitment: You follow through, roll up your sleeves, and keep the bar high for yourself and others.
